Music and atmosphere provided by Attitude City DJs Karl Frankowski and Jeff Dubois – just back from a massive sell-out world tour. Expect an eclectic mix of obscure party-time rockers from these phenoms with a keen edge honed by years of fanatical crate diving. Local Madison support from millhouse.

Bass in your Box!

The 3rd edition of the Attitude City Boombox Party at the King & I Thai was rockin, despite being turned down repeatedly by a pusillanimous owner. Mega thanks to everyone who came to rock out with us! It’s always the “party-time attitude” conveyed by our peers that makes the night rewarding for us.

Also, huge thanks go out to our main dame Stacy Barnes, who went above and beyond the call of duty for:

1. Purchasing multiple boomboxes for the night
2. Photo-documenting the night with her Polaroid camera
3. Being all-around radical

The next Attitude City Boombox Party will be at the King & I Thai on Saturday, December 17, 2005. Until then, stay funky!

This Saturday November 19 we invite you to cozy up outside of the cold, sip delicious blender drinks with your friends, and listen while we deliver the hottest italo, disco, funk, r&b, and house music right to your table!

You know the drill: Simply tune your radio into 97.7 FM and rock out with us. We have bought an even stronger transmitter that will now cover the radius of a few blocks!! This means that all you smokers can now take your boombox outside with you and still be rocking out to our ultra-fresh, attitude-infused jams!!

HECK YES! There will be a prize for the hottest looking boombox.

Voodoo Edition absolutely Horrophonic!

Attitude City kicked it off proper with the Voodoo edition in Montreal this past weekend. Much-o thanks and respect to all of the sexy ghouls and ghosts who made it down to rock out with us. Also, thanks to club Tokyo for an insane amount of free drinks! Amore!
