This Thursday June 29 we invite you to a Canada vs. America make-out session at our Thursday night weekly at Nami! Being that this Saturday July 1 is Canada Day and Tuesday July 4 is, well, America day, we thought we’d take this opportunity to get drunk! Come on out wearing your favorite colors (or no colors at all… whatever). Either way, you can expect rad music, beautiful people, $3 drinks, and no cover!!

Welcome to summer! To celebrate, come check us out this Saturday June 24 while we perform at the “The Art Forty project” party to celebrate the website launch of www.mplsart.com. Each individual 40oz. (full, chilled and ready for drinking) will be brown-bagged and sold at the party on Saturday, June 24th at Kingman Studios in NE Mpls. Lolly Pop & the Couture Club will be playing live at 11:00 pm. We will close the night down proper from midnight to 2am+!! Check it out. It will be hot…

Even the most prolific modern-day scientists can’t get enough of our hot Thursday night weekly at Nami! This week we are getting a special visit from Dr. Will Oudavanh, the famous paranormal scientist / electric engineer who has written many books and papers that examine the link between the supernatural and technology.

In addition to lecturing around the World, Dr. Oudavanh still has found time to author many important papers including “Spirits in my Circuits”, and most recently “Soundwaves to the Unknown”.

You may have seen Dr. Oudavanh recently on the discovery channel or the evening news promoting his latest invention: The“Ghostbox” – a boombox that allows the user to “tune into” the conversations of ghosts and the paranormal! Above is a photo of Dr. Oudavanh explaining to Attitude City DJ ]eff Dubois how the boombox works.

Dr. Oudavanh will be celebrating his birthday at our Salon industry night at Nami, but he promised us that he will still make time for autographs and book signings.
