Captain’s Log, Stardate 190908:
The MTL Zoobizarre has been floating through the cosmos for exactly 3 years now. The purpose of this voyage has been to search for signs of other musical life forms existing in the known universe. The mission was off to a shaky start after a busker on Starstation Fox-trot turned out to be a defective droid, doomed to spend eternity playing the same sad jig over and over again. Since then they’ve successfully hosted a multitude of strange and wonderful visitors bringing original and enchanting music from the worlds beyond ours.
Very recently though, the crew of the the MTL Zoobizarre has been encountering a strange phenomena called “Beats In Space”. Upon analyzation by the ship’s computer it was discovered that these signals were being sent by a humanoid by the name of Tim Sweeney in the NYC region. Within the week plans are underway to rendezvous with this sender of interplanetary rhythms with the help of an envoy of crew members from The Loose Joints shuttle recently sent from Attitude City. Zoobizarre’s captain, Why, Alex, Why? will join with Loose Joints representative, Dave Shaw to meet with Tim Sweeney in an attempt to share musical ideas and hopefully forge a stronger peace between the disco-friendly nations of the galaxy.
