It’s time for our final Street Sounds party of 2008! To make this one special, we even have a promotional video on youtube! Click here to watch it!
Note that this party will be held in First Avenue’s “7th Street Entry”, which boosts a much larger soundsystem and more dancing space!
Also, in the tradition of old-school disco parties ala the Loft and the Paradise Garage, all DJ’s will be performing vinyl-only sets! That’s right, no laptops! When was the last time you got to see a DJ of Mike 2600’s calibre on the good ol’ one’s and two’s? Don’t sleep!
For the second installment of our Street Sounds promotional mix series, Jeff Dubois of Attitude City has stepped behind the decks to bring us some of his favorite and obscure vinyl gems of the moment. This mix was performed live using two turntables, a mixer, and a digital delay box on December 1, 2008.
